Performance and Software
Under the hood, the beTouch E400 runs on the Android 2.1 Eclair operating system, powered by a Qualcomm MSM7227 Snapdragon S1 chipset and a 600 MHz ARM 11 CPU. It features 256MB of RAM and 512MB of internal storage, which is expandable via a dedicated microSD slot. While the hardware was modest even by 2010 standards, it sufficed for navigating the Android interface and running simpler applications. The presence of Adreno 200 GPU allowed basic graphical processing, suitable for running early Android games.
