Under the hood, the tablet is powered by a Mediatek MT8127 chipset, with a quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A7 CPU, and a Mali-450MP4 GPU. Paired with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, the Iconia Tab A3-A20 was designed to handle basic tasks such as browsing, streaming, and lightweight gaming. While 1GB of RAM reflects the typical capacity for budget-friendly tablets at its release, it could be limiting for multi-tasking or running more demanding applications.
