Powered by a Qualcomm QSD8250 Snapdragon S1 chipset integrated with a 768 MHz Scorpion CPU and Adreno 200 GPU, the Acer Liquid E offered reasonable performance during its launch. Initially shipping with Android 2.1 Eclair, users had the option to upgrade to Android 2.2 Froyo, which enhanced its functionality with improved speed and additional features. It had 512MB of RAM and an equal amount of internal storage, which was expandable via a dedicated microSDHC slot, supporting basic multitasking and storage needs.
