The Idol 4 comes with either 2GB or 3GB of RAM depending on the model, such as 6055Y and 6055K with 2GB, and 6055B, 6055H, and 6055I offering 3GB. Storage-wise, users get 16GB of internal storage with the option to expand via a microSD card in the hybrid SIM slot.
