In terms of photography, the Alcatel One Touch Snap LTE featured a single 8 MP main camera with autofocus and an LED flash, pushing it into alignment with other entry-level phones of the time. The main camera was capable of recording 720p videos, fulfilling basic video recording needs. The 2 MP front-facing camera, also capable of 720p video, was less about selfies and more for video calls, as optimal selfie quality was not a primary focus in 2013 smartphone photography.
