Alcatel OT-109 Design and Build

Design and Build

The Alcatel OT-109 is a simple mobile phone, first announced in February 2011 and subsequently released in the third quarter of that year. At a time when smartphones were starting to dominate the market, the Alcatel OT-109 carved out a niche for itself by focusing on the basics. Sporting a compact and lightweight design, it weighs in at just 65 grams, making it extremely portable. The dimensions of the phone are 108 x 46 x 15.3 mm, which contributes to its easy grip and pocket-friendly nature. It features a classic, minimalist design with a silver body, lending it a subtle yet elegant appearance. The phone uses a Mini-SIM card and includes a handy flashlight, which was a useful feature in its day, particularly in low-light situations.
