Connectivity options on the OT-380 cover the essentials, albeit in a rather limited scope when judged by today's expectations. The device supports GSM 900 / 1800 bands for 2G connectivity, which constrains its usability in areas where GSM has been phased out. Bluetooth 2.0 is available, which allows for basic file sharing operations. It lacks Wi-Fi and GPS, often considered standard on more advanced models even at the time. The inclusion of a stereo FM radio with RDS can offer some entertainment value, especially in locales where radio broadcasting is widely used. A miniUSB 2.0 port is used for charging and data transfer. Unfortunately, the lack of a 3.5mm headphone jack limits audio output options.
