Design and Build
The Alcatel OT 526 is compact and quite lightweight, with dimensions of 98 x 42 x 21 mm and weighing a mere 75 grams. Its small form factor and light weight made it easy to carry around in pockets or small bags, a convenience sometimes missed with today's larger smartphones. The phone uses a Mini-SIM, a standard at that time, which contributed to the simplicity of its design. Its monochrome graphic display, complemented by a blue backlight, delivers a basic visual experience, displaying text and icons clearly enough for essential tasks.
