Alcatel OT-710 Design and Build

Design and Build

The Alcatel OT-710 sports a minimalist design, characteristic of early 2010s phones. It measures 103 x 58.6 x 12.9 mm and weighs just 85 grams, making it lightweight and easy to handle. The use of a Mini-SIM ensures compatibility with many networks, and its availability in several colors—Black, White, Cherry Red, and Metallic Blue—offered a touch of personalization to users. The device includes a 2.83-inch TFT resistive touchscreen capable of displaying 256K colors, which was standard for its time, but may feel limited by today's standards in terms of size and quality. Its 240 x 320 pixel resolution at a density of around 141 ppi ensures basic clarity for text and images.
