The Alcatel OT-799 Play, released in the third quarter of 2011, represents a snapshot of a time when physical QWERTY keyboards were cherished for messaging ease. With dimensions of 111 x 58.2 x 14 mm and weighing a mere 100.6 grams, it is a compact and lightweight device that easily fits in one’s pocket, making it convenient for on-the-go usage. The device sports a classic, slightly chunky design with rounded edges, available in two color combinations: black/red and cherry/red, which gives it a youthful and playful aesthetic.
