Built on Android 2.2 Froyo, an early iteration of the Android operating system, the phone operated on a 600 MHz processor—a specification that placed it firmly in the entry-level category. Its performance was suitable for fundamental applications, but it would have struggled with demanding apps or multitasking. The OT-908 came with 150 MB of internal storage, which was minimal even by the standards of 2011, but was expandable via a microSDHC card slot, with a 2 GB card included. This extra functionality allowed for basic app installations and storage of multimedia files, albeit with limitations.
