Memory and Storage
The Alcatel OT-C507 was designed with essential memory capabilities in mind. Internally, it offered 1MB of storage, which may appear limited compared to today's devices but was adequate for storing text messages and basic phone records in 2007. A dedicated microSD slot allowed for expanded storage, a significant feature that enabled users to store additional data like contacts and media files. The phonebook supported 800 entries, accommodating the user’s networking needs effectively, and call records could store 20 dialed, 20 received, and 20 missed entries.
