Operating on 2G GSM 900/1800 networks, the Alcatel OT-E252 focuses on standard voice communication. It does not support GPRS or EDGE, which limits its connectivity to fundamental calling and messaging features. It also lacks Bluetooth, WLAN, global positioning, and USB connectivity, which are indicative of its design as a basic communication device rather than a modern connected gadget.
