Performance
Running on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, the Allview 3 Speed Quad HD’s operating system is dated by today’s standards, but it was a capable version when launched. The device is powered by a quad-core 1.0 GHz Cortex-A7 processor, which at the time offered satisfactory performance for basic tasks such as web browsing, media consumption, and light gaming. The PowerVR SGX544 GPU supports these activities, though users would find it challenging to run more demanding applications or games that came out after the tablet’s release. The device’s internal storage of 8GB is expandable via a microSDHC card slot, which is a plus, but the 1GB RAM could limit multitasking capabilities.
