Sound and Connectivity
Audio capabilities included a standard 3.5mm headphone jack, which was becoming a sought-after feature for many users even in 2016. The phone supported a loudspeaker for media playback and calls. In terms of connectivity, the P9 Energy came with Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 with A2DP and EDR, and GPS for navigation. It included a microUSB 2.0 port but noticeably lacked NFC, which could be a limitation for users inclined towards mobile payments. However, the presence of an FM radio and infrared port added versatility for entertainment and control options.
