Under the hood, the Allview V4 Viper is equipped with a Mediatek MT6761 Helio A22 chipset, powered by a quad-core 2.0 GHz Cortex-A53 CPU and a PowerVR GE8320 GPU. While this configuration is standard for budget devices, it provides sufficient performance for everyday tasks, such as social media browsing, basic gaming, and multimedia consumption. Running on Android 9.0 Pie, the phone can handle app navigation and multitasking adequately with 2GB RAM, though users should not expect it to run demanding applications smoothly. The internal storage of 16GB might be a constraint but can be expanded via the microSDXC slot.
