Design and Build
The Amoi E860 features a design typical of early 2000s smartphones, characterized by its dimensions of 112 x 60.5 x 15.8 mm. This size makes it fairly compact and quite manageable by today's standards. Its form factor clearly reflects the time when buttons were making way for touchscreens. However, at a relatively thick 15.8 mm, it does feel somewhat bulky, especially when compared to modern slim phones. The device utilizes a Mini-SIM slot and comes in a professional-looking black finish, which was a common choice for many phones of that period.
