In terms of memory, the Amoi F620 lacked a card slot, which constrained users to its internal storage of 128MB. This might seem sparsely limited by today's standards, but during its time, it was reasonable for storing contacts and essential data. The phonebook capability allowed for 500 entries, while call records could track 20 dialed, 20 received, and 20 missed calls, which was adequate for keeping basic communication logs.
