Running on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, the Fonepad 7 is powered by an Intel Atom Z2520 chipset paired with a dual-core 1.2 GHz processor and a PowerVR SGX544MP2 GPU. It was available in two internal storage variants, 4GB and 8GB, both with 1GB of RAM. While these specs were modest and clearly positioned the device towards users with basic needs, everyday tasks such as web browsing and light app usage were managed adequately.
