Sporting a 4.5-inch IPS LCD screen, the Zenfone C presented users with a resolution of 480 x 854 pixels and a 16:9 aspect ratio, resulting in an average pixel density of 218 ppi. Although the screen-to-body ratio of about 61.0% meant somewhat thick bezels, it was quite standard for the phone's market segment. The display was protected by an oleophobic coating, which provided basic resistance against fingerprints and smudges.
