The BenQ M7 boasted a compact design with dimensions of 105 x 47.5 x 16.8 mm, making it conveniently pocket-sized. Weighing in at just 93 grams, it was exceptionally lightweight, reinforcing its portability. The handset featured a minimalist aesthetic with a charcoal color complemented by a subtle crimson trim. The use of a mini-SIM card and a removable battery were standard features in the phones of that era, offering straightforward user serviceability.
