Internally, the BenQ S700 contains 15MB of built-in storage, which may seem restrictive from a modern perspective. However, the presence of a miniSD card slot enhances its storage capabilities, enabling users to expand the phone's capacity substantially to accommodate more of their files and media. This is complemented by a robust phonebook capacity allowing storage for 500 entries, complete with the added feature of associating photos with contacts.
