As a feature phone, the BenQ T51 was not focused on high performance but rather on delivering basic mobile functions. Internally, it offered a mere 23MB of storage, which could be expanded using a microSD card—a common practice for phones at the time. The phonebook capacity and ability to log call records for up to 10 dialed, received, and missed calls catered to fundamental communication needs.
