Uniquely limited in connectivity, the Bird S618 did not support GPRS or EDGE, confining users to basic telecommunication services over the GSM 900/1800 bands. Without a card slot, its storage was restricted to the internal capacity to hold contact details and records of recent calls. The phone allowed for up to 20 dialed, 20 received, and 20 missed call records, which was typical for devices aimed at delivering essential communication tasks.
