The BlackBerry 6720 is characterized by its compact and robust design, measuring 121 x 77 x 18 mm and weighing 138 grams. Its form factor was designed for practicality and ease of use, featuring the familiar QWERTY keyboard that BlackBerry devices are known for. This keyboard became one of the defining aspects of BlackBerry phones, offering users an efficient way to type out emails and messages quickly. The phone uses a Mini-SIM and its operational simplicity is mirrored in its monochrome display, which, at 3.0 inches and a resolution of 160 x 160 pixels, was adequate for basic text communication and navigation tasks of that era.
