Connectivity and Multimedia
The BlackBerry 8707v was one of the earlier models to support 3G networks, allowing speeds up to 384 kbps. However, it lacked many modern connectivity features such as Wi-Fi, GPS, and FM radio. It did come equipped with Bluetooth 2.0, enabling connection with wireless headsets and other devices, and a miniUSB port for data transfer and charging. Multimedia features were limited; there was no camera, no 3.5mm headphone jack, and the ringtone options were restricted to vibration, polyphonic, and MP3 formats.
