Under the hood, the Curve 8320 is powered by a 312 MHz Intel XScale PXA272 processor, running on the BlackBerry OS. Though not considered powerful today, this setup was optimized for handling BlackBerry’s efficient push-email service, messaging, and basic web browsing. The device featured 64MB of ROM and supported expansion via a microSDHC card slot, allowing users to store additional data such as emails, contacts, and multimedia.
