Running on Android 2.3 Gingerbread, the BLU Dash is powered by a Mediatek MT6573 chipset featuring a 650 MHz Cortex-A9 CPU. The processing power here is quite limited, particularly by today’s standards, limiting the device to basic smartphone operations such as calling, texting, and some lightweight apps. The 512MB of internal storage pairs with 256MB of RAM, meaning users will frequently rely on the microSDHC slot for additional storage. Performance can be sluggish, especially with modern apps, as Android Gingerbread and the hardware are quite outdated today.
