The main camera of the BLU Neo 4.5 is a single 3.15 MP shooter accompanied by an LED flash, which allows for basic photography needs. It can record video at 720p resolution at 30fps, capturing decent videos for its time. On the front, the VGA camera provides minimal quality for selfies and video calls. While neither camera excites in terms of performance or quality, they serve their basic purposes, with the rear camera being more reliable in good lighting conditions.
