Performance and Software
Running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, the BLU Studio G Max offers a now-outdated operating system; however, it was quite standard at the time of its release, offering a balance between performance and battery efficiency. The MediaTek MT6580 chipset, along with a quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A7 CPU and Mali-400MP2 GPU, provides basic performance abilities suitable for light tasks like social media browsing, calling, and texting. Its internal storage of 8GB paired with 1GB RAM is quite limited by today's standards, but the presence of a microSDXC slot allows for expansion of storage, which helps in keeping essential apps and media files handy.
