Performance and Software
At the heart of the BLU Studio G3 is a Mediatek MT6580 chipset with a quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A7 CPU and a Mali-400MP2 GPU. This setup is basic and indicative of its budget category, handling simple tasks such as calling, texting, and light app usage with relative ease. However, the device may struggle with more demanding applications or multitasking due to its limited 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage. Thankfully, the inclusion of a microSDXC card slot allows users to expand storage as needed. The device runs on Android 7.0 Nougat, an older version of Android that still provides key functionalities but may lack support for some newer applications.
