This allows for considerable flexibility in network usage, affording faster data speeds than 3G where available. The device also includes Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n with Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS for location services, and an FM radio, catering to a variety of connectivity needs. The absence of NFC is notable, limiting mobile payment capabilities and other proximity-based functions.
