Performance and Software
Under the hood, the BLU Studio Mini is powered by an octa-core 1.6 GHz Cortex-A55 processor and an IMG8322 GPU. This combination is modest but sufficient for basic smartphone operations such as texting, calling, email, and light app usage. The device runs on Android 9.0 (Pie), which, while not the latest, provides a stable and smooth user experience with access to a plethora of apps and features from the Google ecosystem.
The phone comes with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, expandable via a microSDXC card slot. While 2GB of RAM is on the lower end by modern standards, it allows for manageable multitasking for essential applications. External storage expansion is a valuable feature, particularly for users needing to store photos, music, or additional apps without bogging down internal storage.
