Network and Connectivity
Operating on GSM 900/1800 bands, the Bosch 909 Dual S was limited to 2G network technology. This was standard for the time and sufficient for handling voice calls and SMS messaging, which were the primary functionalities of mobile devices in that era. However, it lacks modern connectivity features such as GPRS, EDGE, WLAN, Bluetooth, and USB, as these technologies were largely undeveloped and not commonly integrated into consumer mobile phones until later.
