The Celkon Q519 features a utilitarian design typical of budget smartphones from its era. It measures 145.2 x 73.2 x 9.4 mm, offering a moderate size that fits comfortably in the hand, and weighs 169 grams, which gives it a solid, albeit slightly hefty, feel. Constructed with a plastic body, the Q519 was available in a variety of colors: Black, White, Light Blue, Dark Blue, Green, and Red, giving users some degree of personalization. With dual SIM capabilities, it was targeted at users who needed the flexibility of managing two numbers within one device.
