Performance and Software
Running on Android 9.0 (Pie), the Cubot X19S is powered by the MediaTek MT6763 Helio P23 chipset, a decent performer in the budget category. The octa-core CPU with Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 2.5 GHz and the Mali-G71 MP2 GPU deliver a satisfactory performance for everyday tasks and moderate multitasking. However, the limitations might be felt during more demanding applications or gaming sessions.
The phone includes 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, which is expandable via a microSDXC card that uses a shared SIM slot. This setup is adequate for typical usage, allowing enough space for apps, photos, and basic media storage.
