Powered by the Qualcomm QSD8250 Snapdragon S1 chipset, the Dell Venue Pro was equipped with a 1.0 GHz Scorpion CPU and Adreno 200 GPU. While these specifications were adequate at the time of release, they quickly became outdated as mobile technology advanced. It ran on Microsoft Windows Phone 7, which offered a unique user interface with its tile-based design and smooth performance for basic tasks. The device was available in two variants of internal storage, 8GB and 16GB, each with 512MB of RAM, although the dedicated microSDHC card slot for memory expansion was not user-accessible, limiting expandability options.
