The phonebook can store up to 99 contacts, a number that might seem limiting today but served basic needs adequately two decades ago. The call records section can keep track of the last 30 dialed, received, and missed calls. The R320 did not support memory card expansion, aligning with its focus on communication rather than multimedia storage.
