The Ericsson T28 was powered by a removable Li-Po battery boasting a capacity of 500 mAh. Advertised standby time was up to 50 hours, with 3 hours and 30 minutes of talk time. Additionally, another battery type, an ultra-slim Li-Pol 600 mAh, was available, extending standby and talk times to 65 hours and 4 hours and 30 minutes, respectively. This was relatively impressive for the time, ensuring the phone could keep up with daily demands without constant recharging.
