With a sturdy and somewhat bulky body, the Eten G500 measures 119 x 62 x 23 mm and weighs in at 191 grams, which was quite hefty even by the standards of its era. This bulk is partly due to the inclusion of the GPS receiver, a rare feature in smartphones during that period. It features a Mini-SIM slot, which was the conventional choice in mobile device design at the time.
