Garmin-Asus nuvifone G60 Performance and Software

Performance and Software

Powered by a Linux operating system, the nuvifone G60 is built for simplicity and performance within its intended use as a combined phone and GPS navigation device. The internal storage of 4GB alongside 128MB of RAM is quite limited compared to today’s standards and might have restricted multitasking capability. However, it did include a microSDHC card slot to expand storage, which was a valuable feature back then.

The device's network capabilities expand through quad-band GSM and HSDPA technology, supporting 3G connectivity. With speeds of HSPA 3.6/0.384 Mbps, it was adequate for basic browsing and communications for the time.
