Gigabyte GSmart 2005 Display

Display

Featuring a 2.4-inch TFT resistive touchscreen with 256K colors (effective rendering of 65K colors), the display was adequate for basic tasks. With a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels and a pixel density of approximately 167 ppi, the screen provided decent clarity for reading texts and viewing simple graphics. The screen-to-body ratio of about 30.6% might seem small today but was a norm back in 2005. Navigating the resistive touchscreen could be less responsive than current capacitive screens, requiring a firm touch or stylus.
