Operating on Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0 for PocketPC Phone Edition (AKU2), the GSmart i provides a glimpse into early smartphone software experiences. The device's Intel PXA272 processor, clocked at 416 MHz, offers basic processing power for the era, capable of handling standard applications such as email, media playback, and light browsing. While 64MB RAM and 64MB ROM may seem minimal today, at the time, this configuration was sufficient for managing apps and storing essential data, with additional storage facilitated by a miniSD card slot.
