Sporting dimensions of 150.5 x 74.4 x 8 mm and weighing 161 grams, the Gionee A1 Lite features a design that was fairly typical for its time. It accommodates a 5.3-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. Though the screen-to-body ratio is about 69.2%, which isn't notably high, the presence of Corning Gorilla Glass 3 gives it a degree of durability against scratches and minor drops. The dual-SIM capability allows for flexibility in network use, and the rear-mounted fingerprint sensor provides a convenient and secure unlocking mechanism.
