Camera
Photography enthusiasts were given a 13 MP rear camera on the Gionee P8 Max, complete with features such as autofocus, LED flash, HDR, and panorama modes. It is capable of recording video at 1080p at 30 frames per second, which was quite standard. The front houses an 8 MP selfie camera, also featuring an f/2.2 aperture for decent snapshots in good lighting conditions. While it may not compete with today's dual and triple camera equipment, the camera offering at the time was competent for casual photography.
