The Gionee Pioneer P5L is fitted with a single 8 MP main camera that includes autofocus and an LED flash, offering basic photography features like HDR and panorama. It captures 1080p video at 30fps, which is decent for everyday casual video recording. On the front, a 5 MP camera serves for selfies and video calls. While neither camera stands out in today's standards, they were considered adequate for sharing memories on social media at the time of release.
