Performance and Software
Under the hood, the Honor Play 3 is powered by the Kirin 710F chipset with an octa-core CPU configuration that includes four Cortex-A73 cores clocked at 2.2 GHz and four Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.7 GHz. The Mali-G51 MP4 GPU handles graphical tasks. This setup is reasonably competent, providing smooth performance for most tasks and even some light gaming. The device is available in variations of 64GB internal storage with either 4GB or 6GB of RAM, as well as a 128GB storage model with 4GB of RAM. Running on Android 9.0 (Pie) with EMUI 9.1, it offers a user-friendly experience, though it lacks the most recent Android updates and some of the more recent software features.
