Network and Connectivity
The iPAQ 910c supports GSM and HSPA network technologies, making it versatile for its time. It is compatible with 2G bands (GSM 850, 900, 1800, and 1900) as well as 3G bands (HSDPA 850, 1900, 2100). This provided users with relatively fast mobile internet access courtesy of HSPA speeds reaching up to 7.2 Mbps for downloads. The inclusion of Wi-Fi (802.11b/g) support made it feasible to connect to wireless networks, an essential feature for business users needing reliable internet access on the go. The phone also incorporates Bluetooth 2.0, useful for wireless file transfers and connections to other devices. GPS and A-GPS functionalities catered to navigation needs, albeit with the absence of a dedicated radio, limiting entertainment options for those fond of live broadcasts.
