Performance and Platform
The iPAQ h6310 runs on Microsoft Windows Mobile 2003 PocketPC Phone Edition, powered by a TI OMAP 1510 chipset and an ARM925T CPU. It offers 64MB of both RAM and ROM, which were modest but typical for its time. While multitasking and application management may seem slow today, the device was capable of running the essential productivity tools of its era, such as Pocket Office, which included mobile versions of familiar Microsoft Office applications.
