The HP iPAQ h6315 runs on the Microsoft Windows Mobile 2003 PocketPC Phone Edition, powered by a TI OMAP 1510 chipset and an ARM925T CPU. This combination provided sufficient processing power for the applications available at that time, focusing mainly on productivity tools and basic web browsing. With 64MB of RAM and 64MB of ROM, it offered limited multitasking capabilities and storage, but it included an SD card slot allowing expansion up to 1 GB, which was a practical feature for users requiring additional storage.
